The automatic production line of Deya Furnace Industry's push plate furnace is mainly used in large-scale and continuous production industries such as automobiles, gears, bearings, etc. It can achieve carburization of products with different layer depths in the same furnace. There are dual push plate furnaces and single push plate furnace production lines available for selection, which can achieve heat treatment processes such as carburization quenching, tempering, slow cooling after carburization, and carbon nitrogen co infiltration quenching and tempering.The production line consists of a loading mechanism, a front cleaning machine, a pre oxidation furnace, a heating furnace, a carburizing furnace, a diffusion furnace, a quenching tank, a rear cleaning machine, a tempering furnace, and a discharge device.The configured computer system achieves online control and remote diagnosis, such as monitoring equipment operation, process simulation, and heat treatment data calculation.
