Controlled Atmosphere Pit Furnace Production Line

The production line of Deya Furnace Industry's controllable atmosphere well furnace mainly consists of heating carburizing furnace, quenching tank,  cooling device, cleaning machine, tempering furnace, etc. Various types of production lines can be configured according to customer requirements. Suitable  for carburizing, carbonitriding, and quenching, normalizing, and annealing of various parts in various industries under protective atmospheres. Different  industrial heat treatment modes can be achieved, such as direct quenching after carburization, slow cooling and reheating quenching after carburization.  Quenching media can be salt bath, oil, and water-based.

Our company can provide standard furnace types with and without muffles with a maximum operating temperature of 950 ℃,and can also design and  produce various non-standard furnace types according to user needs.
