The production line of Deya Furnace Industry's controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace is composed of multi-purpose furnaces, cleaning machines, tempering furnaces, loading and unloading trucks, material preparation platforms, elevators, etc. Various types of production lines can be configured according to customer requirements. Suitable for carburizing, carbonitriding, and heating quenching, normalizing, and annealing of various types of complex parts in a protective atmosphere. It can achieve different heat treatment processes such as direct quenching after carburization, slow cooling after carburization, and reheating and quenching (intercooling) after carburizing and slow cooling. Controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace: composed of a front chamber, an oil tank, a heating and carburizing chamber, and a control system. The front chamber is cooled by an oil interlayer, and there is an automatic pushing and pulling mechanism inside, a double-layer quenching lifting platform, and the oil circulation in the oil tank can be set at a stirring speed in the process, The rear chamber is composed of a radiation tube (electric or gas), a silicon carbide guide rail, a muffle air guide system, an oil self cooling circulating cooling fan, etc. The quenching oil cooling adopts an air cooling device, and all actions are mechanical transmission. It is equipped with a Siemens KP1200 control system and a computer control system.

Information is transmitted and managed with the upper computer through the communication system, making the operation convenient and the simulation accurate interface friendly.
