The roller bar isothermal normalizing furnace production line of Deya Furnace Industry is mainly used for normalizing pre-treatment of transmission gears. The production line mainly consists of an automatic fabric feeding device, a roller bottom continuous heating furnace, a single station cooling chamber, a roller bottom transport vehicle A/B, a roller bottom continuous isothermal normalizing furnace, a three station air cooling system, a roller bottom unloading platform, a temperature and electrical control system, and a computer monitoring system.
