Mature design oil fume purifiers should be selected, including the main body of the  purifier, inlet final atomization device, fan system, pump system and pipelines, oil-water  separation device, control cabinet, etc. The control components include liquid level control  device with induction switch, pump outlet water pressure and water pipeline flow detection  device, and system air pressure digital monitoring device. The purification main body  consists of a fan volute, a cyclone separation chamber (upper), a cyclone separation  chamber (middle), and a water collection tank. The cyclone separation chamber is equipped  with an access door, and the inlet and outlet ports are equipped with access holes for easy  operation and maintenance. Equipped with a pressure detection device, it is convenient for  operators to observe the operating status of the system at any time. The collection tank is  used to collect liquids containing oil and dust particles brought from the separation  chamber, and to supply water to the circulation system.
