Plants includes multi purpose chamber  furnace, washing machine, tempering furnace, loading and unloading  skip, storage station and so on. Various types of plants can be configured according to customer's requirements. The plants can be used for carburizing, carbonitriding and quenching ,normalizing, annealing under protective atmosphere. Layout of multi purpose chamber furnace plants is shown as follows: 

Controlled atmosphere multi purpose chamber furnace: includes the antechamber,quenching oil tank，heating carburizing chamber and control system, The antechamber oil -cooling interlayer, Automatic sliding feed mechanism，Double quenching lifting station，oil tank circulation stirring speed can be set in the process, heating carburizing chamber Radiant Tube(Electricity or Gas), the guiding rail is carborundum products. The air-guiding muffle，the circulation fan is cooled with oil-circulating ect. Quenching oil cooling device is cooled by airm, All actions for mechanical transmission. Siemens KP1200 control system and computer control system.
