All components must be thoroughly inspected before starting the equipment each time. Damage to structural components can lead to operational failures and major damage.
ready:
-The furnace door must be open;
-Install the removed red elbow;
-Check nitrogen reserves;

-Check the pipeline for leaks;
-Check whether the power supply is normal;
Start the furnace:
1. Turn on the power.
2. Switch on "Control voltage on" and "Inverter power on".
3. Wait for the system to start after turning on the rear room fan. The oil agitator will turn to automatic, the front room fan will turn to automatic and start the oil cooling pump.
4. Comprehensively check the operation of various mechanical operations (the operation of the lifting platform, the middle door, the push of the zipper; the smoothness of the operation of the circulating fan, oil mixing, and noise), and handle abnormal situations in time to ensure that the equipment operates normally.
5. Turn on “Heating Control On”, control the room temperature after startup, and increase the temperature according to the multi-purpose furnace heating curve.
6. Start the oil tank heating. After the oil temperature reaches the set value, check whether the quenching oil level reaches the standard oil level height. If the oil level is too low, add quenching oil in time to make the oil level reach the required height.
Note: The oil level of the quenching oil is based on the slow stirring speed of the oil agitator.
7. While heating up, check whether the gas supply pressure of the gas distribution system is normal to ensure the normal gas supply of the equipment. After 400 ℃, a small amount of nitrogen should be passed in to protect the internal components of the rear chamber furnace.
8. Open the cutoff valve of the waste gas burner, press the "exhaust ignition" button to ignite the waste burner, check whether the burner works stably, open the stop valve of the front door fire curtain, and press the red indicator light on the flame controller. Close the front door, open the front door again after the front room ventilation is complete, and observe whether the fire curtain and the front door interlock are normal, whether the high pressure nitrogen filling in the front room is normal, and whether the front room ventilation time is performed correctly. When closing the front door, you should check whether the furnace pressure is normal. In general, the nitrogen flow rate of about 3M3 / h should be able to reach a furnace pressure of about 240Pa.
9. After the temperature of the chamber after the multi-purpose furnace reaches above 800 ° C, press "Exhaust Ignition" to ignite the exhaust burner, turn on "Air Supply On", and start gas supply. meter. Note that the initial air supply should generally not be supplied below 800 ° C. When the temperature is too low, the flame of the middle door exhaust hole cannot be reliably ignited.
10. After the flame from the middle door exhaust hole stabilizes at about 250 mm, ignite the front door fire curtain and close the front door. If the flame is small or unstable, you can increase the air supply appropriately before closing the front door.
11. After the furnace pressure in the back chamber is stable, check whether the pressure in the furnace is normal again, and then perform the infiltration according to the infiltration process.
Note: The front door can only be closed after the flame of the middle door exhaust hole has stabilized, otherwise there will be danger of explosion, which will cause serious damage to the equipment and serious personal injury.
